Arts on Campus ticket giveaway – Frequently Asked Questions

In partnership with the Arts on Campus, UW–Madison and the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration would like to express its appreciation for the contributions of faculty, academic, and university staff members. Members have the opportunity to receive two complimentary tickets (total per person) redeemable for the following events:

To request your complimentary codes, please complete the form below. From there, keep an eye on your email for your one-time use codes (scroll down for redemption directions). Codes are available first come, first serve until the limited supply is exhausted.

How to Redeem Your Codes

Note that codes must be exchanged for tickets at least 24 hours ahead of time – they cannot be redeemed the day of a performance.

For online purchases:

  1. Enter ONE code in the “Promotional Code” field in the upper left and click “Go.” Note that entering both your codes will mark both as used, but only allow you to select a single complimentary ticket. To redeem your second code, complete your original transaction, and then begin a new cart.
  2. Click the “Buy” button for the event you’d like to attend
  3. Choose 1 ticket in the “Complimentary-DOTA” price type field
  4. If desired, add additional paid tickets to your cart.
  5. Click “Continue” to review your order.

Please note:

  • Each UW–Madison faculty/staff is allowed two (2) free tickets to selected events.
  • All events are subject to availability.
  • Promotional code is required at the time of purchase.
  • No Refunds or Exchanges. All transactions are final.
  • Offer is not valid on previously purchased tickets.
  • Promotional codes are good for one use only.
  • *The Danish String Quartet Concert is reserved seating in Shannon Hall. Free tickets are available in the “Middle Price” and “Lower Price” zones.
  • Please only claim tickets if you know you will attend the event.
