With over 44,000 students and a campus spanning 936 acres, UW–Madison has a lot to offer its students. Here are a few tips for accessing the awesome spaces and equipment you’ll want for your creative practice.

Let the Gallery Guide website be your go-to for discovering where to see art at UW–Madison. This digital space provides an overview of the 30+ galleries on campus. You can also search the guide to find which spaces accept submissions! Picture it now – your work, hanging on the walls in one of our student Unions. You don’t even have to major in the fine arts to take part.

Located in Ogg Hall, the Studio Creative Arts Community offers state-of-the-art facilities to learning community residents. The Studio is equipped with a Blackbox theater, a digital creative lab, a recording studio, and a wet studio space. There is plenty of room to let your creativity take over!

See below for some information on spaces to teach, rehearse, and perform.
