Wind Ensemble

Featuring UW Dance and Theatre Departments

• DescriptionThe UW Wind Ensemble will hold its final performance of the season on Thursday, May 3, at 7:30 pm in Mills Hall. The program includes the Symphonic Dance Suite from “West Side Story” and Tableaux d’une Exposition (Pictures at an Exhibition) and feature performances from the UW Dance Department and UW Theatre Department; Piano solo by Dorothy Hui. The program also includes the premier of the Concerto for Euphonium for Wind Ensemble by UW’s own John Stevens; Matthew Mireles, soloist. (View Web site for more details.)
